These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using Mirror-X, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Mirror-X does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, nor does it guarantee any trading results. All trading decisions are made solely by the user, and users bear full responsibility for the outcomes of their trades.
III. Account Registration
–You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
–You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
–Each individual is permitted one account only. Account transfer or sharing is prohibited.
–You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Service.
IV. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
–Access another user's account without authorization
–Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform
–Scrape, crawl, or conduct automated data collection
–Commercially redistribute any data obtained from the Service
–Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities
V. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, content, and materials on Mirror-X are the exclusive property of Mirror-X. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any intellectual property without prior written permission.
VI. Subscription & Payment
–Mirror-X offers paid subscription plans (Pro and Max), available on monthly or yearly billing cycles.
–All payments are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Mirror-X does not directly store or process your credit card information.
–Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time before the next billing period.
–All payments are non-refundable, including unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
–Upon subscription expiration, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
–Mirror-X reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and terms with prior notice.
VII. Third-Party Services
Mirror-X integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality:
–Hyperliquid DEX: On-chain data source. Mirror-X is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid.
–Creem: Payment processing
–Supabase: Data infrastructure
–Telegram: Notification delivery
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies. Mirror-X is not liable for any damages arising from the use or unavailability of third-party services.
VIII. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
–The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
–Mirror-X does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of on-chain data.
–Past performance of any trader does not guarantee future results.
–Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.
–Mirror-X shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
–Mirror-X assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your trading decisions, losses, or gains.
IX. Risk Disclaimer
–Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and subject to rapid price fluctuations.
–On-chain data may experience delays or inaccuracies.
–System, hardware, software, and internet connectivity failures may occur.
–Mirror-X is not responsible for any delays or distortions in data transmission.
X. Termination
Mirror-X reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or system abuse. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
XI. Modifications
Mirror-X may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
XII. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
