Daily Whale Report: July 20, 2026
Several tracked wallets converged on SNDK within the hour. Over the last 24 hours, the wallets we track on Hyperliquid moved $115.7M in trades of $50,000 or larger, and 77% of that went into tokenized-stock perps, up from 17% of flow a day earlier. That is about in line with the recent pace.
When the desks we follow move together like this, it is usually worth a closer look. Here is where the money actually went.
The tape
Start with the wider board the whales were trading into. Bitcoin rose 1% to around $65.2K, Ethereum rose 2% to around $1.9K, Solana rose 2% to around $78, and the tokenized S&P 500 held about flat near $7.4K. As it stands now, funding on Bitcoin is negative, so shorts are the ones paying to stay in.
The day in numbers
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Total tracked flow | $115.7M |
| Buy / Sell | 52% / 48% |
| Tokenized-stock share | 77% |
| Active markets | 36 |
| Busiest markets | SP500 $27.2M, AAPL $18.3M, XYZ100 $17.1M, ETH $11.8M, BTC $11.5M |
What stood out
A tracked wallet bought $1.0M of SP500, then bought $438K of XYZ100 — all inside the same 24 hours. Stacking size across SP500 and XYZ100 the same day is one desk concentrating risk, not spreading it.
One of the desks on our list bought $779K of ZEC, roughly 3.8x the size it usually trades in that market. That cuts against the crowd we track, which is sitting net short on ZEC — the most active hand betting the other way is worth marking.
A wallet we follow, up 261% over the last 30 days and among the top 14% of the wallets we track bought $748K of SP500, roughly 2.5x the size it usually trades in that market. SP500 barely budged on the day, in a market that now carries $482.1M of open interest, so this reads as positioning ahead of a move rather than chasing one. It also lines up with SP500 being the busiest market across every wallet we tracked today.
A tracked wallet, up 152% over the last 30 days and among the top 29% of the wallets we track sold $500K of BTC, roughly 2.0x the size it usually trades in that market. It was already holding BTC coming into the day, so this is a desk pressing a position it likes rather than opening a new one.
Separately, 3 different wallets we track sold SNDK inside a single hour, $1.7M between them. Independent desks arriving at the same trade in the same window is the kind of alignment that rarely happens by accident.
The tokenized-stock story
$89.2M of today's tracked flow, 77% of everything the wallets touched, went into tokenized-stock perps — leveraged, on-chain bets on names like the S&P 500 or a semiconductor index (how these work). The busiest were SP500 at $27.2M, AAPL at $18.3M, XYZ100 at $17.1M. That positioning tends to show up in public wallets before it shows up in the price, which is the whole reason to watch it.
For scale, the $27.2M the wallets put into SP500 went into a market that now carries $482.1M of open interest in total. On a venue this young, tracked desks are not a rounding error there — they are a visible share of who is in the trade.
One wallet to watch
One desk did more of the heavy lifting than any other. A tracked wallet, up 978% over the last 30 days and among the top 1% of the wallets we track moved $27.2M today, working across SNDK, AMD, MSFT, HYPE. It also carries a 84% win rate, which is part of why it earns a place on our list.
As of now it is holding a $163K long in NEAR, a $3K long in WLD, a $994 long in SOL. Those are live, and you can watch them change in real time.
The standout performer
A tracked wallet came into the day with one of the stronger recent records on our list: up 750% over the past week on a 83% win rate, and 114% over the past month. Today it stayed busy in SNDK. A run like that is the reason to watch a wallet before it acts, not after — the record is public, and so is the next trade.
What we are watching next
A couple of things line up with where the whales already are. SKHY reports in 1 day, and tracked wallets were already active in it today. Tracked wallets are sitting on a combined $138.5M net short in ETH, the clearest positioning lean on the board right now. When positioning and a known catalyst point the same way, the next few sessions are usually the ones worth watching.
The takeaway
The point of reading on-chain is simple. The trades are public, the wallets are public, and the positioning shows up before the story does. You can follow the same flow as it updates on the Mirror-X scanner. The same markets these wallets trade are live on the Mirror-X terminal.
